The Metrics of Length, Ball Width, and Heel Width

The Diagram indicates the three primary measurements:
A) The overall length; is measured from the base of the heel to the point on the toes that is farthest forward.
B) The ball width; taken at the widest point below the toes.
C) The heel width; taken at the widest point on the heel.
