North American Bigfoot Expeditions – Legal

 

North American Bigfoot Expeditions are specifically designed to be safe and fun, but accidents do sometimes occur in the woods.  Each expedition attendee will be required to sign an Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement prior to fulfilling the registration process.  

North American Bigfoot Expeditions are legally permitted through the National Forest Service and the US Department of Agriculture.  Therefore, Cliff Barackman and North American Bigfoot, LLC are partners with the Mt. Hood National Forest.  

In accordance with Federal law and U.S. Department of Agriculture policy, this institution is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.
