I have been invited to speak at the Columbia Gorge Discovery Center and Museum in The Dalles, Oregon on Saturday, January 25th. The one o’clock presentation has already sold out, but we have added another talk that evening (I will do the same presentation as earlier in the day).
Also presenting will be Mel Skahan, forester for the Yakima tribe, and the main contact for bigfoot evidence on the nearby Yakima Reservation. Oliver Kirk of the Warm Springs Reservation will also be in attendance.
This will be a fun event in an educational forum. The Discovery Center and Museum has great displays about the Columbia River, the Native cultures that inhabit the area, early American pioneers to the area, and the plants and animals that currently or previously inhabit the region.
The first event of this kind was a couple weeks ago, and Dr. Jeff Meldrum was the keynote speaker. Veteran researchers Thomas Steenburg and Chris Murphy were also in attendance. This upcoming event promises to be just as informative and fun as the last, so I’m looking forward to seeing you there.
